Stephanie Hylard, 26, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with aggravated child abuse as aggravated assault, and attempted murder.

Dexter Williams, 27, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with aggravated child abuse as aggravated assault, and attempted murder.

Quinncia Williams, 38, of Rockledge, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender).

Ruben Oquendo, 46, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender).

Tina Crawford, 45, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, resisting officer with violence as aggravated assault, resisting officer without violence, and battery as domestic violence.

Matthew Cannon, 39, of Lawrenceville, GA, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with robbery with a firearm.

Dana King, 44, of Rockledge, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with possession of cocaine, fleeing/eluding law enforcement with lights/siren, possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting officer without violence, and removal of serial number from firearm.

Rose Hall, 38, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Ashton Mitchell, 23, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed, loitering and prowling, and petty theft 2nd degree larceny (1st offense).

Titusville Police Department

Brian Nichols, 34, of Titusville, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with theft of guest property by employee from motor vehicle, and theft of guest property by employee from building.

Steven Bradley, 34, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Laura Brooks, 47, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with grand theft larceny over $300 and less than $5,000.

Ashley Goodrich, 21, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman.

Trey Peoples, 18, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman.

Alexander Czar, 34, of Titusville, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with resisting officer with violence as simple assault, and driving under the influence.

Candace Ward, 29, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Kadihra Robinson, 25, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender), and false ID given to law enforcement officer.

Morgan Hansen, 39, (homeless/address not listed), was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed, and petty theft 2nd degree from motor vehicle (1st offense).

Amanda Isaacs, 35, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with possession of heroin with intent to purchase, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlos Ramos, 38, of Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with insurance fraud less than $20,000.

Justin Scovillle, 34, of Merritt Island, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, resisting arrest with violence as simple assault, resisting officer without violence, and battery as domestic violence.

Danica Stephens, 28, of Titusville, was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with obtaining property by fraud over $300.

Antwan Love, 20, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with failure to redeliver leased property over $300, and false verification of ownership to pawnbroker over $300.

Kelvis Smith, 41, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine/amphetamine up to 14 grams or over.

Kyle Stoker, 38, of West Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with passing counterfeit state lottery tickets.

Craig Waters, 36, of Titusville, was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with three counts of grand theft shoplifting over $300 and less than $5,000, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, resisting officer without violence, possession of drug paraphernalia with residue, and possession of a controlled substance.

Dana Atkinson, 43, of Jacksonville, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, false imprisonment, and battery.

Colt Dautrich, 23, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with false imprisonment as domestic violence, aggravated battery as domestic violence, and tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.

Tyler Dorsey, 18, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with dealing in stolen property, false verification of ownership to pawnbroker less than $300, and grand theft larceny over $300 and less than $5,000.

Gary Flannery, 63, of Merritt Island, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with criminal mischief over $1,000.

Nakisha Hinson, 38, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with aggravated battery, and criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000.

Martin Johnson, 19, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000, and shoot/throw missile into dwelling/vehicle/aircraft as aggravated assault.

Jacky Nave, 39, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Doreen O’Keefe, 56, of North Fort Lauderdale, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with fraudulent use of credit card over $100 or more than twice in six months, and use of ID of person between 18-60 years of age without consent.

Alanna Spangler, 19, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with 1st degree arson to structure/vehicle with people present, burning with intent to defraud insurance, criminal attempt to solicit/conspire to commit 3rd degree felony, dumping litter over 15 lbs. and less than 500 lbs., insurance fraud less than $20,000, interfering with school administration functions, malicious burning of land, and resisting officer with violence as simple assault.

Sedrick Adderley, 30, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with tampering in 3rd degree felony proceedings.

Mistie Cardwell, 31, (homeless/address not listed), was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with possession of cocaine, grand theft shoplifting over $300 and less than $5,000, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Davis, 39, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Shawn Jackson, 44, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, battery as domestic violence, non-support of spouse or child, and possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by a convicted felon.

Bobby Lewis, 68, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with failure to register as career offender.

Darin Moates, 52, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with false imprisonment as domestic violence, and felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Jonathan Montaque, 22, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and possession of a controlled substance.

Paul Newman, 34, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with lewd and lascivious battery to victim between 12-16 years of age.

Emily Nolan, 25, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
