Axel Duarte, 32, of Hananah, SC, was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence, and battery as domestic violence.

Latavious Johnson, 39, of Palm Bay, was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence, and non support of child or spouse.

Joshua Faiga, 31, of Cocoa, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with obtaining goods and services through fraudulent means over $150.

Kashanndra Kilgore, 26, of Cocoa, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with introduction of contraband into jail facility, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting officer without violence, and trespassing on structure/conveyance.

Tristan McNichols, 19, (address not listed), was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with dealing in stolen property.

Crystal Potter, 32, of Vero Beach, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender).

Jethro Rowson, 34, of Cocoa, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender), fleeing and eluding law enforcement officer at high speed, and resisting officer without violence.

Ginger Rudd, 29, of Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with criminal attempt to solicit/conspire to commit Level I or II crime, and use of a two-way communication device to facilitate felony.

Jeffrey Salis, 24, of Cocoa, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Steven Zimmermann, 52, of Indialantic, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Barbara Ashley, 33, of Cocoa, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence, and battery as domestic violence.

Carlos Aviles, 58, of Palm Bay, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with aggravated assault as domestic violence, criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000, and resisting officer without violence.

Donald Bryant, 62, of Mims, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with abuse of an elderly or disabled adult without great harm, and felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Jimmie Cox, 51, of Cocoa Beach, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marsha Debord, 67, of Mims, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with fraudulent use of ID without consent to victim 60 years of age or older, fraudulent use of a credit card over $100 or more than twice in six months, and grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000.

Michele Graziani, 49, of Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000, and false pretenses over $300 as scheme to defraud.

Medile Henri, 38, of Palm Bay, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Knut Hulbert, 74, of Rockledge, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with obtaining goods and services through fraudulent means over $150.

Paul Reddick, 20, of Cocoa, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, driving while license suspended with knowledge, possession of firearm/weapon/ammo by convicted felon, and resisting officer without violence.

Kristina Williams, 28, of Cocoa, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with possession of heroin.

Deja Bellamy, 22, of Merritt Island, was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with child abuse without great harm as aggravated assault, resisting officer without violence, and battery.

Jeremy Bonesteel, 31, of Merritt Island, was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with corruption by threat against public servant, disorderly conduct, and trespassing on structure/conveyance.

Waylon Cattee, 43, of Merritt Island, was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Charles Jones, 35, of Merritt Island, was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, introduction of contraband into jail facility, resisting officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Steven Buteau, 30, of Inverness, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling unarmed, dealing in stolen property, false verification of ownership to pawnbroker less than $300, grand theft of a firearm as pickpocketing, grand theft pickpocketing over $750 and less than $5,000, and possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by a convicted felon.

Demario Gilmore, 27, of Cocoa, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed.

Bryan Kelly, 42, of Palm Bay, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with robbery with firearm, and resisting officer without violence.

Billy Massingill, 39, of West Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Tyler Radliff, 19, of West Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, petty theft 2nd degree pickpocketing (1st offense), and utterance of forged bill/check/draft or note.

Shirley Rock, 44, of Mims, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin over 10 grams, and trafficking in heroin up to 4 grams and less than 30 kilograms.

Jennifer Wagner, 34, of Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with petty theft 2nd degree shoplifting (3rd or subsequent offense), resisting arrest/recovery of property, and battery.

Amber Berliner, 21, of Palm Bay, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with criminal mischief over $1,000.

Brian Bonsiero, 24, of Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and discharging of firearm in public or residential property.

Craig Bewberry, 22, of Palm Bay, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence, possession of cocaine, driving while license suspended (habitual offender), leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, and tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.

Travis Dunn, 37, of Palm Bay, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with two counts of possession of cocaine, two counts of sale of cocaine, and two counts of use of a two-way communication device to facilitate felony.

Christopher Guyadeene, 31, of Palm Bay, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with fleeing with disregard of safety to person/property.

Conard Hendrickson, 43, of Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Collin Daves, 23, of Palm Bay, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with three counts of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed, burglary of an occupied dwelling unarmed, false ID given to law enforcement officer, fleeing and eluding law enforcement at high speed, two counts of petty theft larceny over $100 and less than $750, grand theft of a motor vehicle, and fraudulent use of credit card over $100 or more than twice in less than six months.

David Hudson, 69, of Titusville, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and aggravated battery as domestic violence.

Rosemary Safranski, 67, of Melbourne, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and driving while license suspended with knowledge (2nd offense).

Kristy Viselli, 38, of Melbourne, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, and resisting officer without violence as simple assault.
