Chad Jeffers, 30, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting officer without violence.

Joseph Belz, 43, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with driving under the influence (3rd violation within 10 years), and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage.

Justin Hehner, 30, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT.

Jasmine Pangelinan, 29, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with child abuse without great harm as simple assault, and child neglect with great harm as aggravated assault.

William Brice, 51, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with failure to register change in status in institute of higher learning as sex offender.

Michael Moore, 19, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with grand theft of a firearm by pickpocketing.

Robert Reed, 42, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with assault on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, simple assault with intent to do violence, and tampering in misdemeanor proceedings.

Matthew Dibenedetto, 18, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling unarmed, burglary of an unoccupied dwelling unarmed as theft from motor vehicle, and petty theft 2nd degree from a motor vehicle (1st offense).

Kevin Koether, 39, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with felony battery (2nd or subsequent offense).

William Poteat, 57, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rickuya Ruddock, 33, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with criminal mischief over $1,000.

Gregory Smith, 29, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender).

Keith Kerr, 34, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jnaiya Labissiere, 27, of Miramar, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with two counts of defrauding a financial institution, false ID given to law enforcement officer, and two counts use/possession of an ID of another person without consent.

Johntavis Green, 41, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with trafficking in cocaine up to 28 grams to 150 kilograms.

Willie Lofton, 27, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with two counts of burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed, two counts of fraudulent use of credit card over $100 or more than two times in six months, grand theft pickpocketing over $100,000, and grand theft from building over $100,000.

Thomas Markey, 47, of Melbourne Village, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with petty theft 2nd degree pickpocketing (3rd or subsequent offense).

Hubertus Mink, 36, of Rockledge, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with criminal attempt to solicit/conspire to commit 3rd degree felony.

Latravius Stevens, 30, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by a convicted felon.

Stephanie Perry, 34, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Andersen, 29, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with grand theft shoplifting over $300 and less than $5,000.

Christy McCrary, 38, of Merritt Island, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with aggravated assault as domestic violence.

Jean Menard, 62, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended with knowledge, and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Sherrie Pierson, 53, (address not listed), was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000, fleeing/eluding law enforcement officer with lights/siren, grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000, and resisting officer without violence.

Syrkia Ruth, 19, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed, carrying a concealed firearm, fleeing and eluding law enforcement officer with lights/siren, grand theft from a motor vehicle over $750 and less than $5,000, grand theft motor vehicle, resisting officer without violence, never obtaining a drivers license, and possession of counterfeit payment instrument.

Johnny Thomas, 39, of Wauchula, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with grand theft larceny over $5,000 and less than $10,000.

Cristal Wheeler, 37, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and child abuse without great bodily harm as aggravated assault.
