Robert Knapp, 30, of Vero Beach, was arrested Sept 20 and charged with petty theft pickpocketing over $100 and less than $300 (1st degree).

Thomas Markey, 47, of Melbourne Village, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with robbery with a weapon, aggravated battery, and battery as domestic violence.

Christina Depietro, 26, of Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 21 and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lawanna Reynolds, 39, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 21 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Michael Grimaldi, 26, of Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling unarmed, petty theft 2nd degree pickpocketing (1st offense), follow/harass/cyberstalking as simple stalking, and wearing a hood/mask on public property.

Gustave Oliver, 39, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Brandon Person, 31, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, disorderly conduct as breach of peace, carjacking without firearm/weapon, resisting arrest with violence as simple assault, resisting arrest without violence, and battery.

Alexander Vigliotti, 30, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, burglary of an occupied structure unarmed, reckless driving, resisting officer with violence as aggravated assault, resisting officer without violence, and touch or strike causing harm to police animal.

Alina Coleman, 28, of St. Cloud, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Alfred Hatcher, 37, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with fleeing/eluding police law enforcement officer with lights/siren, driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), and petty theft 2nd degree larceny (3rd or subsequent offense).

Jeremy McKinnon, 23, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Jason Austin, 32, of West Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 21 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender), failure to register a motor vehicle, and resisting officer without violence.

Frances Keane, 64, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 21 and charged with petty theft 2nd degree larceny (3rd or subsequent offense).

Andrew Cook, 36, of Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with grand theft shoplifting over $300 and less than $5,000, and resisting arrest/recovery of property.

Maria Arroyave, 37, of Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and grand theft shoplifting over $300 and less than $5,000.

Corey Felton, 42, of Palm Shores, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed, dealing in stolen property, false verification of ownership to pawnbroker $300, and grand theft from a motor vehicle over $300 and less than $5,000.

Jeffery Harris, 35, of Palm Bay was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm as aggravated assault.

Torianno Macklin, 43, (address not listed), was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with felony battery by strangulation.

Clifford Mai, 35, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with retail theft over $300 (2nd or subsequent offense), and trespassing on structure or conveyance.
