Channing Lee, 34, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, resisting officer with violence as simple assault, resisting officer without violence, and threat with death, serious bodily harm to law enforcement officer.

Matthew White, 33, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling unarmed, and grand theft from building over $300 and less than $5,000.

Tracy Williams, 47, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with assault with intent to commit felony, possession of cocaine, fleeing with disregard to safety of person/property of another, keeping building/shop/vehicle for drugs (subsequent offense), reckless driving, and resisting officer without violence.

Rashad Green, 28, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with offer to commit/engage in prostitution (3rd or subsequent offense), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrea Hobert, 31, of West Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shon Lowery, 47, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with aggravated assault as domestic violence, carrying a concealed weapon, discharging firearm in public, and use/display of a firearm or carrying a concealed firearm during commission of a felony.

Sandra Mistele, 50, of Palm Bay, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with offer to commit/engage in prostitution (3rd or subsequent offense).

Kyle Pendergast, 28, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older, and criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000.

Delano Archevald, 31, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with burglary of a dwelling/structure causing damage over $1,000, and criminal mischief over $1,000.

Raymond Smith, 49, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with driving under the influence (4th or subsequent offense), driving under the influence with damage to person/property of another, and refusal to submit to DUI test after license suspended.

Leon Bell, 55, (homeless/address not listed), was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with resisting officer with violence as aggravated assault, petty theft 2nd degree larceny (1st offense), and battery on a corrections officer.

Lonnie Steele, 41, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender), driving under the influence, driving under the influence with damage to person/property of another, fleeing with disregard to safety to person/property, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, reckless driving, refusal to submit to DUI test after license suspended, and resisting officer without violence.

Eugene Brantley, 26, of Palm Bay, was arrested Aug. 5 and with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Jason Walling, 42, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with felony battery as domestic violence, and resisting officer without violence.

David Johnson, 49, of Merritt Island, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with burglary with assault or battery, battery, and criminal mischief $200 and under.

Tyler Mathis, 35, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older, and simple assault with intent to do violence.

Dena McHale, 46, of Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with felony battery (2nd or subsequent offense).

Caleb Reed, 20, of Rockledge, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with fleeing with disregard to safety of person/property, driving under the influence, and reckless driving.

West Melbourne Police Department

Latoya Durant, 34, of West Melbourne, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with driving while licenses suspended (habitual offender), failure to register a motor vehicle, and attached tag not assigned to vehicle.
