David Frahm, 34, of St. Augustine, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied unarmed, and criminal mischief $200 and under.

Kewandra Carmouche, 38, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 24 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, sale of cocaine, and engaging/committing/offering lewdness (2nd offense).

Justin Smith, 33, of Satellite Beach, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed, resisting officer without violence.

Zachary Kinser, 30, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm, and battery as domestic violence.

Amanda Engstrom, 34, of Cocoa Beach, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with two counts of driving while license suspended (habitual offender), and two counts of tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.

Joseph Francis, 30, of West Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed, false ID given to law enforcement officer, larceny of a credit card, and resisting officer without violence.

Keidrick Holloway, 40, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with felony battery.

Angela Jakubowski, 43, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with assault with intent to commit felony, and petty theft 2nd degree larceny (1st offense).

Michael Westlake, 42, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and resisting officer without violence.

Brandon Cupps, 22, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender), and resisting officer without violence.

Robert Treen, 42, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with driving under the influence (3rd or more violation in 10 years).

Florida Department of Law Enforcement (Melbourne)

Brett Jackson, 44, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with possession of heroin, use of a two-way communication device to facilitate felony, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver.

Joseph Walles, 30, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with possession of heroin.
