Maria Bailey, 90, of Melbourne, was arrested May 2 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling unarmed, criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000, and resisting officer without violence.

Maria Montijo, 33, of Melbourne, was arrested May 2 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, criminal mischief over $1,000, driving while license suspended with knowledge, leaving the scene of a crash involving injury other than serious bodily injury, and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage.

Michael Morckel, 47, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 2 and charged with possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy Sebring, 48, of Berkely, West Virginia, was arrested May 3 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender), and driving under the influence.

Derek Veneziano, 41, (homeless/address not listed), was arrested May 3 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed, and possession of burglary tools with intent to use.

Clark Dennard, 55, of Melbourne, was arrested May 4 and charged with petty theft 2nd degree larceny (3rd or subsequent offense), and trespassing on occupied structure or conveyance.

Jamal Hull, 36, of Melbourne, was arrested May 4 and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, possession of cocaine, trafficking a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance within 1,000 ft. of school/worship/business, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of synthetic narcotic with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver.

James Barnes, 24, of Vero Beach, was arrested May 5 and charged with felony battery (2nd or subsequent offense).

Jose Cruz, 37, of Palm Bay, was arrested May 6 and charged with sexual battery as fondling, and battery.

Carol Devue, 58, of Melbourne, was arrested May 6 and charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, battery as domestic violence, disorderly intoxication, resisting officer without violence, and resisting officer with violence as simple assault.

David Ellis, 54, of Merritt Island, was arrested May 8 and charged with petty theft 2nd degree pickpocketing (3rd or subsequent offense).

Amaury Figueredo, 35, of Miami Gardens, was arrested May 8 and charged with burglary of a dwelling/structure causing damage over $1,000, grand theft from a building over $20,000 and less than $100,000, possession of burglary tools with intent to use, and resisting officer without violence.

Orelvis Lopez Castillo, 40, of Miami Gardens, was arrested May 8 and charged with burglary of a dwelling/structure causing damage over $1,000, grand theft from building over $20,000 and less than $100,000, possession of burglary tools with intent to use, and resisting officer without violence.

Osmany Ruiz Moreira, 44, of Miami Gardens, was arrested May 8 and charged with burglary of a dwelling/structure causing damage over $1,000, grand theft larceny over $20,000 and less than $100,000, possession of burglary tools with intent to use, resisting officer without violence, and touch/strike causing harm to police animal.

West Melbourne Police Department

Phillip Shows, 44, of Melbourne, was arrested May 4 and charged with aggravated stalking after injunction against domestic violence, and violation of injunction protection against domestic violence.

Glen Whitcomb, 51, of West Melbourne, was arrested May 4 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, battery as domestic violence, harm of public servant or family, improper exhibit firearm/dangerous weapon, and resisting officer without violence.

Shane Dechambeau, 35, of West Melbourne, was arrested May 5 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and expired driver’s license less than 6 months.

Zoe Cunningham, 19, of West Melbourne, was arrested May 7 and charged with dealing in stolen property, and grand theft from dwelling over $100 and less than $300.
