Shaquina Owens, 30, of Palm Bay, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Joseph Romano, 56, of West Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with two counts of burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed, and petty theft 2nd degree from building (1st degree).

Colleen Logan, 50, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with petty theft shoplifting (3rd or subsequent offense), and false ID given to law enforcement officer.

Schywanne Williams, 54, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with four counts of sale of cocaine, four counts of criminal attempt to solicit/commit 3rd degree felony (Level 3-10), four counts of use of a two-way communication device to facilitate felony, four counts of possession of cocaine, and possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo.

Elias Grant, 19, of Palm Bay, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated fleeing with injury or property damage, burglary of an unoccupied dwelling unarmed, fleeing with disregard of safety to person/property, fleeing and eluding police officer, three counts of leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, three counts of reckless driving, resisting officer without violence, and robbery with firearm.

Brandon Johnson, 21, of Merritt Island, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence, and battery.

Treon Luke, 22, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with concealing information to obtain prescription, driving while license suspended with knowledge, possession of marijuana with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, and resisting officer without violence.

Glenn Romer, 52, of Vero Beach, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with driving under the influence (3rd violation within 10 years), driving under the influence with damage to property/person of another, and refusal to submit DUI test after license suspended.

Andrew Colando, 25, of Satellite Beach, was arrested Nov. 23 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm, and violation of protection injunction from domestic violence.

Jose Cortez Melgar, 41, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 23 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and battery as domestic violence.

Benjamin Hinner, 37, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 24 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and battery as domestic violence.

Mary Leonard, 78, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 24 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Bill Vanderwege, 45, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 24 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrew Pate, 35, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Roland Shinholster, 69, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Shannon Walker, 40, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with failure to report name or residence change as sex offender, failure to report transient residence within 48 hours and every 30 days thereafter, and failure to reregister as a sex offender.

Claudia Cataldo, 28, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence.

Keyon Pitts, 40, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Rogers, 32, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Antwon Wilson, 31, of Palm Bay, was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with possession of marijuana under 20 grams, and possession of firearm/weapon/ammo by a convicted felon.

West Melbourne Police Department

Benjamin Horne, 64, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carol Bowsher, 27, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with introduction of contraband into jail facility, and driving while license suspended with knowledge (2nd offense).

Brandon Johnson, 21, of Merritt Island, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence, and battery.

Christopher Massie, 23, of Palm Bay, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed, and petty theft from building over $100 and less than $750 (1st degree).

Isha Gorham, 28, of Tavares, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disability, and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage.
