Berto Hernandez, 20, of Cocoa, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with battery by strangulation as domestic violence, tampering in 3rd degree felony proceedings, and false imprisonment.

Tony Thomas, 21, of Rockledge, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with sexual battery of a victim over 12 years of age and under 18 years of age.

Tiffany Brown, 29, of Rockledge, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm/disability, and armed burglary of dwelling/structure as robbery.

Marva Flagg, 58, of Cocoa, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with child abuse without great harm, fleeing/eluding law enforcement officer with lights/siren, fleeing and eluding police officer, resisting arrest/recovery of property, retail theft, and battery.

Aaron Greenfield, 45, of Cocoa, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with use of antishoplifting control device countermeasure, retail theft, and resisting arrest/recovery of property.

Darryl Postier, 36, of Cocoa, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, resisting officer with violence as aggravated assault, and loitering or prowling.

Marvin Croom, 39, of Cocoa, was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with petty theft from merchant (3rd or subsequent offense).

Tonya Smith, 48, of Cocoa Beach, was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Michelle MacDonald, 50, of Cocoa Beach, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed.

Ryan Phillips, 29, of Cocoa, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000, and grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Ryan Mcnew, 42, of Marietta, GA, was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Titusville Police Department

Leon Daniels, 59, of Titusville, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Thomas Moses, 18, of Titusville, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed, contributing to delinquency of a child, fleeing with disregard of safety to person/property of another, loitering or prowling, and possession of burglary tools with intent to use.

Michael Thurber, 49, of Titusville, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with corruption by threat against public servant, driving under the influence, driving while license suspended with knowledge (1st offense), and refusal to submit to DUI test after license suspended.

Laquaisha Jeffery, 20, of Titusville, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with scheme to defraud as false pretenses over $50,000, and petty theft 2nd degree pickpocketing (3rd or subsequent offense).

Naek Barabin, 38, of Mims, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with retail theft over $300 with others using distraction.

Charlie Boone, 48, of Titusville, was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and battery.

Damian Mosher, 45, of Titusville, was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with child neglect without great harm, and driving under the influence.

Jarmaine Seigler, 43, of Titusville, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with corruption by threat against public servant, driving under the influence, and driving while license suspended with knowledge.

Florida Highway Patrol – Cocoa Branch

Ashley Rufino Seiber, 33, of Palm Bay, was arrested Aug. 6 and charged with sale of cocaine, and use of a two-way communication device to facilitate felony.
