Kevin Clark, 39, of Cocoa, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender), possession of a controlled substance, keeping building/shop/vehicle for drugs (1st violation), possession of synthetic narcotic with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Gregory Blocker, 24, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and resisting officer without violence.

Kenya Ponder, 35, of Cocoa, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Irvin Guzman Rivas, 21, of Lilburn, GA, was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving injury other than serious bodily injury, and never obtaining a driver’s license.

Titusville Police Department

Joseph Fleming, 24, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm as aggravated assault, false imprisonment, grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000, possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by a convicted felon, resisting officer without violence, robbery home invasion with firearm or deadly weapon, and tampering in third degree felony proceedings.

Daniel Hammond, 50, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with aggravated battery on a person 65 years of age or older, and battery as domestic violence.

Darius Young, 24, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm.

Louis Grayson, 42, of Mims, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Jennifer Montgomery, 43, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

LaChris Wells, 26, of Cocoa, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of synthetic cannabinoids with intent to purchase.

Deandrea Johnson, 24, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with purchase of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), trafficking in heroin up to 4 grams and less than 30 kilograms, and possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by convicted felon.

Chalmer Gross, 49, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Mateo Pantin, 33, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (2nd offense), and fleeing and eluding law enforcement officer with lights/siren.

Teaon Sanders, 22, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Quaeri Nevels, 26, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with false imprisonment as domestic violence, felony battery as domestic violence, and petty theft 2nd degree larceny (1st offense).

James Williams, 59, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Florida Highway Patrol – Cocoa Branch

Leoncio Moscoco-Germosen, 55, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with passing of forged or altered instrument, possession of personal ID of another without authorization (4 or fewer), use of false name on driver’s license or ID application, and use/possession of ID of another without consent.
