Serina Carpenter, 53, of Cocoa, was arrested May 2 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Emerald Donovan, 24, of Orlando, was arrested May 2 and charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Breyanna Hyland, 40, of Melbourne, was arrested May 5 and charged with burglary of an occupied structure unarmed, and grand theft pickpocketing over $1,0000.

Siros Orozco Esteban, 33, of Cocoa, was arrested May 7 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence.

Andrew Jackson, 61, of Cocoa, was arrested May 8 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of an open container, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Cocoa Beach Police Department

James McCain, 28, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested May 4 and charged with assault on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, resisting arrest without violence, failure to leave property upon order of owner as trespassing, and disorderly intoxication.

Joseph Dyer, 40, of Eustis, was arrested May 7 and charged with assault on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, disorderly intoxication, resisting officer without violence, threat with death/serious bodily harm to law enforcement officer, and trespassing on property not structure or conveyance.

Scott Shappell, 46, of Bell, was arrested May 8 and charged with aggravated assault as domestic violence, and battery as domestic violence.

Titusville Police Department

Ethan Kirk, 18, of Titusville, was arrested May 2 and charged with fleeing with disregard for safety to person/property.

Brittany Ownby, 25, of Edgewater, was arrested May 2 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, petty theft 2nd degree shoplifting (1st offense), possession of drug paraphernalia with residue, and resisting officer without violence.

Regenald Fishmon, 24, of Titusville, was arrested May 3 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, battery by a detained person, and robbery with firearm.

Angela McDonald, 30, of St. Petersburg, was arrested May 3 and charged with fleeing/eluding law enforcement with lights/siren, introduction of contraband into jail facility, possession of methamphetamine, and driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Dachaline Medelus, 24, of Kissimmee, was arrested May 4 and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, driving while license suspended with knowledge, and reckless driving.

Joel Patton, 34, of Orlando, was arrested May 4 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.

Larry Brown, 32, of Cocoa, was arrested May 5 and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman.

Michael Lynch, 32, of Titusville, was arrested May 5 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charles Montgomery, 27, of Titusville, was arrested May 5 and charged with aggravated assault as domestic violence, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, burglary with assault or battery, child abuse without great bodily harm as aggravated assault, and driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Manolo Flores, 51, of Orlando, was arrested May 7 and charged with driving under the influence (3rd violation within 10 years), possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by a convicted felon, refusal to submit to DUI test after license suspended, and resisting officer without violence.

David Mitchell, 35, of Titusville, was arrested May 7 and charged with possession of heroin over 10 grams.

Jeremy Jones, 27, of Titusville, was arrested May 8 and charged with petty theft 2nd degree pickpocketing (3rd or subsequent offense).

Brandy Powers, 46, of Titusville, was arrested May 8 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, and driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Shameka Smith, 30, of Titusville, was arrested May 8 and charged with child abuse without great bodily harm.

James Taylor, 36, of Cocoa, was arrested May 8 and charged with scheme to defraud as false pretenses under $20,000.
