Jason Brown, 45, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested May 7 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence, and tampering in felony life/capital proceedings.

Jennifer Conner, 34, (homeless/address not listed), was arrested May 7 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in fentanyl 4 grams or more, trafficking in heroin 4 grams to less than 30 kilograms, introduction of contraband into jail facility, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian Hensley, 32, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested May 7 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanor), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dar Hoard, 26, of Cocoa, was arrested May 7 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling unarmed, dealing in stolen property, false verification of ownership to pawnbroker over $300, grand theft from a dwelling over $100 and less than $750, and petty theft 2nd degree larceny (3rd or subsequent offense).

Andre Johnson, 35, of Titusville, was arrested May 7 and charged with possession of cocaine, sale of cocaine, and non support of child or spouse.

Jason Lacue, 45, of Cocoa, was arrested May 7 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Lopez, 33, of Springfield, MA, was arrested May 7 and charged with assault on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT.

Bobby Rumbough, 49, of Melbourne, was arrested May 7 and charged with driving under the influence (4th or subsequent offense), driving while license permanently revoked, driving under the influence causing death to human/unborn child, driving under the influence with damage to person/property of another, and driving under the influence with serious bodily injury to another.

Dejoun Small, 21, of Melbourne, was arrested May 7 and charged with two counts of robbery with a firearm.

Ronald Urssing, 24, of Cocoa, was arrested May 7 and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child, and interfering with the custody of minor or incompetent person.

Summer Velisek, 48, of Orlando, was arrested May 7 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), failure to register a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wayne Allen, 40, of Cocoa, was arrested May 8 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Patricia Hasenbuhler, 29, of Melbourne, was arrested May 8 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Antonio Hillery, 37, of Cocoa, was arrested May 8 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended (habitual offender), and resisting officer without violence.

Genario Lopez, 36, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested May 8 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Jacob Montgomery, 22, of Cocoa, was arrested May 8 and charged with aggravated assault as domestic violence, trafficking in a controlled substance, improper exhibit of firearm/dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm in public or residential property, possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by convicted felon, and use/display of a firearm or carrying a concealed firearm during commission of a felony.

James Sylvester, 51, of Barefoot Bay, was arrested May 8 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), possession of opium or derivative with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Michael Charles, 28, of Cocoa, was arrested May 9 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000, resisting officer with violence as simple assault, resisting officer without violence, and robbery by sudden snatch without firearm or weapon.

Melissa Howard, 31, of Merritt Island, was arrested May 9 and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, and battery as domestic violence.

Amanda Johnson, 21, of Rockledge, was arrested May 9 and charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, attempted murder, contempt of court, and grand theft from a motor vehicle over $10,000 and less than $20,000.

Bennie McKever, 31, of Rockledge, was arrested May 9 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a firearm/ammo by violent career criminal.

Oscar Norris, 38, of Cocoa, was arrested May 9 and charged with petty theft 2nd degree shoplifting (3rd or subsequent offense).

Eddie Parker, 33, of Titusville, was arrested May 9 and charged with possession of cocaine, and trafficking in heroin up to 4 grams and less than 30 kilograms.

Megahn Richardson, 26, of Altomonte Springs, was arrested May 9 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed, and petty theft 2nd degree pickpocketing (1st offense).

Denmecia Ricks, 36, of Melbourne, was arrested May 9 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, petty theft 2nd degree shoplifting (1st offense), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas Leugers, 55, of Cocoa, was arrested May 10 and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card over $100 or more than twice in six months, use/possession of ID of another person without consent.

Darius McCullough, 37, of Titusville, was arrested May 10 and charged with fleeing/eluding law enforcement with lights/siren.

Karisma Waters, 19, of Melbourne, was arrested May 10 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of introduction of contraband into jail facility, criminal attempt to solicit/conspire to commit 3rd degree felony (Level 3-10), possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and use of a two-way communication device to facilitate felony.
