Olivia Bamberger, 31, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with attempting to use ID of another without consent, two counts of forgery/alter bank/note/check/draft, grand theft larceny $750 and less than $5,000.

Sherrie Brockman, 49, of Merritt Island, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with aggravated assault as domestic violence, and resisting officer without violence.

Dwayne Adkins, 43, of Titusville, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with driving while license suspended (habitual offender).

Michael Dagostino, 35, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of heroin with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Peter McCallan, 29, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with possession of opium or derivative, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Phillip Quesnel, 50, of Melbourne, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and battery as domestic violence.

Casey Stout, 51, of Titusville, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Genevieue Delle, 37, of Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with possession of cocaine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, introduction of contraband into jail facility, trafficking of oxycodone 7 grams or more, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Luke Hermida, 18, of Rockledge, was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with criminal mischief over $1,000.

Michelle Taylor, 37, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Jimmy Culp, 49, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Davis, 22, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended with knowledge, fleeing/eluding law enforcement officer with lights/siren, leaving the scene of a crash involving injury other than serious bodily injury, and resisting officer without violence.

Hans McKinney, 58, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with criminal attempt to solicit/conspire to commit 3rd degree felony.

John Osteen, 33, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge, and fleeing/eluding a police officer.

Robert Palumbo, 36, of Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with failure to report name or address change as sex offender.

Alisha Rockwood, 29, of Titusville, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with criminal attempt to solicit/conspire to commit 3rd degree felony, and criminal attempt to solicit/conspire to commit Level 1 or 2 felony.

Justin Baker, 43, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000, and utterance of forged bill/check/draft or note.

Matthew Bednar, 44, of Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), and attach tag not assigned to vehicle.

Nickolas Burk, 18, of Rockledge, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with lewd and lascivious battery to victim between 12-16 years of age.

Bruce Keicher, 29, of Barefoot Bay, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, and breach of peace as disorderly conduct.

Samario Lennear, 29, of Cocoa, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with two counts of driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), and fleeing/eluding law enforcement officer.

Jessica Pinheiro, 35, of Merritt Island, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Colton Smith, 28, of Mims, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with distributing Schedule II, III or IV of amphetamine.
