Nina Bonventre, 50, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with possession of cocaine, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Earl Brayboy, 61, of Micco, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Carpenter, 29, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling unarmed, burglary of an unoccupied dwelling unarmed, criminal mischief $200 and under, petty theft 2nd degree from building (1st offense), and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Scott Ford, 59, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hailey Gonzalez, 22, of Rockledge, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, possession of cocaine, driving under the influence with person less than 18 years old (1st offense), felony possession of a controlled substance while in physical control of motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia with residue, and refusal to submit to DUI test after license suspended.

Brock Jones, 40, of West Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with aggravated assault, and attempted murder.

Ronald Sarver, 63, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with neglect of the elderly or disable adult without great harm.

Lucious Scott, 28, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), possession of opium or derivative.

Steven Scott, 26, of was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed, filing a false police report, and grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000.

Kenneth Sutton, 50, (address not listed), was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and battery.

Javoris Thorpes, 30, of Vero Beach, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with grand theft shoplifting over $750 and less than $5,000, resisting arrest/recovery of property, and resisting officer without violence.

Zachari Vickers, 27, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed, dealing in stolen property, false verification of ownership to pawnbroker less than $300, and petty theft from building over $100 and less than $750 (1st degree).

David Devane, 64, of Merritt Island, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with aggravated assault, resisting officer without violence, and robbery home invasion with weapon.

Mary Felver, 58, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with driving under the influence (4th or subsequent offense), and refusal to submit to DUI test after license suspended.

Brent Frank, 36, (address not listed), was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with battery on a corrections officer, disorderly intoxication, and resisting officer without violence.

Patrick Heinen, 42, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Russell Merchant, 60, (homeless/address not listed), was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with felony battery as domestic violence.

Shawna Tumey, 27, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with battery by a detained person.

Charles Ayers, 24, of Merritt Island, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, resisting officer without violence, and battery as domestic violence.

Amanda Barclay, 35, of Mims, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older, and tampering in felony 3rd degree proceedings.

James Capers, 30, of Rockledge, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of heroin with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, trafficking in heroin up to 4 grams or more and less than 30 kilograms, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory Gell, 55, of Micco, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with felony battery as domestic violence.

Everett Gould, 48, of Merritt Island, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

James Oseien, 54, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian Lukocevich, 42, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with dealing in stolen property, false verification of ownership to pawnbroker less than $300, and grand theft larceny over $20,000 and less than $100,000.

Christopher Dale, 18, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with trafficking in MCMA 10 grams or more.

Daveon Holmes-Rivera, 19, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with criminal attempt to solicit/conspire to commit 3rd degree felony, and use of a two-way communication device to facilitate felony.

Rishee Jackson, 18, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, resisting officer with violence as simple assault, criminal mischief $200 and under, and battery.

Steven Jackson, 32, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with felony battery (2nd or subsequent offense), criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000, possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by convicted felon, and tampering in felony 3rd degree proceedings.

Jason Lydecker, 36, of Titusville, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with possession of opium or derivative, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emily Milazzo, 28, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, and sale of methamphetamine.

Heather Scogin, 48, of Cocoa Beach, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Melissa Yacovino, 43, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with petty theft 2nd degree shoplifting (3rd or subsequent offense).
