Jason Walling, 42, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with felony battery (2nd or subsequent offense), grand theft from dwelling over $100 and less than $300, and trespassing on structure or conveyance.

Rosalyn Carnes, 35, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with child abuse without great harm as aggravated assault, disorderly intoxication, improper exhibit of firearm/dangerous weapon, and resisting officer without violence.

John Garcia, 18, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, carrying a concealed firearm, exhibit of weapon on school property, improper exhibit of a firearm/dangerous weapon, and use/display of a firearm or carrying a concealed firearm during commission of a felony.

Redrick Hill, 37, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Joseph Morales Perez, 25, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 8 and charged with aggravated battery, and robbery with a weapon.

Johnathan Harrington, 33, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of heroin, introduction of contraband into jail facility, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

TJ Murphy, 39, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.

Donald Tietig, 54, (address not listed), was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed.

Krystal Lewis, 37, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, sale of cocaine, introduction of contraband into jail facility, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Lopez, 48, of Melbourne Beach, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shane Rivamonte, 40, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Scott Lee, 50, of West Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Iillian Iowry, 19, of Tampa, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, burglary of an occupied dwelling unarmed, criminal mischief $200 and under, and petty theft larceny over $100 and less than $750 (1st degree).

Bradley Swertfager, 22, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with fleeing and eluding law enforcement officer at high speed, possession of methamphetamine, never obtaining a drivers license, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Craig Walker-Emanuel, 26, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, two counts of resisting officer without violence, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

West Melbourne Police Department

Noah Morton, 20, of West Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Christian Gardner, 37, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling unarmed, burglary with assault or battery, criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000, and battery.

Simone Smith, 20, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with possession of counterfeit drivers license or ID card.
