Joshua Carter, 40, of Melbourne, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with driving under the influence (4th or subsequent offense), and driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Joshua Harris, 23, of Cocoa, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with false imprisonment of a child under 13 years of age as kidnapping, battery as domestic violence, simple assault with intentional threat to do violence, and resisting officer without violence.

Stephen Davis, 50, of Port Orange, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and petty theft 2nd degree shoplifting (3rd or subsequent offense).

Cocoa Beach Police Department

Brianna Banchs, 29, of Lake Worth, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, resisting officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Titusville Police Department

Gregory Barton, 50, of Mims, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with child neglect without great harm as aggravated assault, possession of cocaine with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, and possession of cocaine.

Clarence Brothers, 58, of Mims, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Harrington, 42, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Timothy Elmore, 67, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Christopher Smith, 34, of Orlando, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with possession of cocaine.

Cole Westervelt, 31, of Hastings, was arrested Nov. 13 and charged with driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense).

Teea Kerestegian, 31, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 14 and charged with possession of cocaine, and operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Mark Dalton Taylor, 27, of Titusville, was arrested Nov. 14 and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, loitering and prowling, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.
