Cocoa Police Department

David Chang, 28, of Rockledge, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with dealing in stolen property, false verification of ownership to pawnbroker over $300, grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, retail theft over $750 (2nd or subsequent offense), and scheme to defraud less than $20,000 false pretenses.

James Custis, 46, of Cocoa, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence, and battery as domestic violence.

Jason Miller, 48, of Merritt Island, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with sale of amphetamine (Schedule II, III or IV), trafficking in amphetamine/methamphetamine 14 grams or more.

Cocoa Beach Police Department

Megan Moorefield, 24, of Sarasota, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with batter on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, disorderly intoxication, and resisting officer with violence as aggravated assault.

Titusville Police Department

Jamicheal McMurray, 27, of Titusville, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Cindy Schofield, 47, of Cocoa, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with damage to person/property of another, attached tag no assigned to vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident involving injury other than serious bodily injury, and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage.

Dennis Dewald, 57, of Titusville, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition by offender over 18 years of age to victim under 16 years of age, lewd and lascivious molestation to victim over 12 years of age, and sale of obscene material to minor.

Ashley Johns, 30, of Cocoa, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with resisting officer without violence, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Terran Laws, 31, of Titusville, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with driving under the influence (4th or subsequent offense), and driving while license suspended with knowledge.

Philip Charpentier, 57, of Titusville, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT.

Nicholas Hunter, 34, of Titusville, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Alton Johnson, 20, of Titusville, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm, and false ID given to law enforcement officer.

Mary Jane Martino, 28, of Titusville, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Brian Farmer, 35, of Titusville, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with armed burglary of a conveyance, carjacking with a firearm or weapon, discharging a firearm in public, possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by convicted felon, and robbery with a firearm.

Marlena Lavant, 33, of Titusville, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with assault on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, driving under the influence, and refusal to sign/accept citation.

Angel Rivas, 25, of Titusville, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with robbery as sudden snatch without firearm or weapon, and battery.
