Brian Gaucher, 52, of Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with aggravated stalking after injunction as domestic violence, and violation of injunction from protection against domestic violence.

Lacy Lindsay, 50, of Palm Bay, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to DUI test after license suspended, and driving while license suspended with knowledge.

Bianca Mendez, 31, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card over $100 or more than twice in six months, larceny of a credit card, and use/possession of ID of another person without consent.

Quentin Herring, 40, of Melbourne, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Louis Lowry, 43, of Cocoa, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with battery with bodily harm.

Jamin Gabara, 34, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with driving under the influence causing death to human/unborn child, driving under the influence, driving under the influence with damage to person/property of another, and vehicular manslaughter – failure to give information/render aid.

Steven Hecker, 64, of Tarrytown NY, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with robbery with a firearm.

Brian Nguyen, 33, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with discharging firearm in public or residential property, possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by a convicted felon, grand theft of a firearm, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Michael Liford, 64, of Palm Bay, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with fleeing/eluding a police officer, refusal to submit to DUI test after license suspended, and driving under the influence.

Tyler Vondexter, 41, of Rockledge, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
