PALM BAY – The Life Care Center of Palm Bay has earned a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
The Life Care Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
The rating system for CMS is designed to help people choose the best care for loved ones. The ratings are based on associates, health inspections and quality measures such as weight loss, falls and pain management.

The five-star rating went live on Nursing Home Compare on Jan. 27.
The Life Care Center is located at 175 Villa Nueva Ave. in Palm Bay.
