Grand Manor

The Grand Manor will be host to their First Annual New Years' Bash, complete with catering and a ball drop.

BREVARD COUNTY – As the new year approaches, the Grand Manor in Melbourne is preparing for a New Year’s bash.

On the night of Dec. 31, The Grand Manor, 1450 Sarno Road, will host its First Annual New Year's Bash with food, dancing and a balloon drop at midnight.

“We just bought the building from the Space Coast Association of Realtors,” said Venue Coordinator Jennifer Lindsley “So we thought, we want to promote the building, but one thing that we don’t have around here is a New Year’s Eve party. So what the new owner decided is that we’ll throw a New Year’s Eve party now that we own the building.”

The building was previously known as the Realtor building, but the new owners are looking forward to establishing the building as The Grand Manor, owned by Renaissance Catering.

Catering for the event will include a menu for children as well as a professional catering menu:

Hors d'oeuvres: Mini Beef Wellington, Chicken Empanada, Scallop wrapped in bacon

Salad: Winter Salad

Entree: 5oz. Tenderloin with 3 jumbo shrimp, wild rice and asparagus tips

Dessert: Chocolate Mousse

Included in each admission ticket are two cocktails, as well as a champagne toast.

“We’ll have food from our menu from our chef, and he makes excellent food,” Ms. Lindsley said. “We [also] have a DJ, E&E Productions, he’s very good and he does all sorts of music — it’s going to be a lot of fun.”

New Year's Bash hours are:

Cocktail hour: 7:30-8:30pm

Gourmet dinner: 8:30-9:30pm

Dancing: 10:00pm-2:00am

Balloon drop and toast at midnight.

Tickets are $50 per adult, and $20 per child.
